50mm弹簧预紧色谱柱（SAC）简介

    弹簧预紧色谱柱（SAC）是为高压制备色谱而研发的可自动填装色谱柱。其优点在于:

1）装柱时间短，无需二次拆装，所以可避免传统色谱柱在拆装时柱床反弹影响柱效。

2）活塞头与柱床始终接触并保持装柱压力，避免了传统色谱柱长时间使用后柱床塌陷的问题，延长使用寿命。

3）采用一套装柱机，可以填装多根色谱柱。

4）不使用电气零部件，可用于防爆区域。

 我公司生产的弹簧预紧色谱柱（SAC）相比其它厂家产品的优势在于：

1）采用气缸替代气动液压放大泵。其优势所有管路均为气压管路，除了色谱柱管内部压力，其它压力均不超过8bar，安全性更好；其次，只使用压缩空气作为动力来源，操作环境更清洁。

2）管路布局更为简洁。省去了气压转液压的所有零部件，一致性更好，操作空间更大更方便。

3）特殊设计的柱底密封结构，只用手拧紧即可实现密封。

4）特殊设计加工的分配方式，可以保证色谱柱的高柱效。

5）操作时间短，节省试剂。

The advantages of our spring preloaded column (SAC) compared with other manufacturers' products are:

1) Adopt pneumatic cylinder instead of pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump. Its advantages are that all the pipelines are pneumatic lines, except for the internal pressure of the chromatography column tube, the other pressures are not more than 8 bar, which is safer, and secondly, only compressed air is used as a power source, and the operating environment is cleaner.

2) The pipeline layout is more concise. All parts of pneumatic to hydraulic pressure are omitted, and the consistency is better, and the operation space is larger and more convenient.

3) Specially designed column bottom sealing structure, sealing can be achieved by only hand tightening.

4) The distribution method of specially designed processing can ensure the high column efficiency of the column.
