1. 诺氟沙星(氟哌酸) 英文名称：NORFLOXACIN 2. 用途： 本品为第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药，主要作用部位在细菌的DNA促旋酶，使细菌DNA螺旋开裂。迅速抑制细菌的生长和繁殖，杀灭细菌；且对细胞壁有很强的渗透作用，因而其杀菌作用更强。对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌等革兰阴性菌有高度抗菌活性，对葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌等革兰阳性菌也有良好抗菌作用。 3. 分子式、分子量、化学结构： 分子式：C16H18FN3O3 分子量：319.3349 化学结构： 本品为类白色至淡黄色结晶性粉末；无臭，味微苦；在空气中能吸收水分，遇光色渐变深。本品在二甲基甲酰胺中略溶，在水或乙醇中极微溶解，在醋酸、盐酸或氢氧化钠溶液中易溶。本品的熔点为218～224℃。本品化学性质稳定，不易然，不易爆，无腐蚀性，适合航运。
