1. Product Information

Bioendo’s Lyophilized Amebocyte Lysate (TAL) reagent is the product manufactured with amebocyte from blood of Tachypleus tridentatus. After rehydrating TAL reagent with ** for Becterial Endotoxin Test, sample could be added directly to the ampoule. Then incubate solution at 37ºC±1ºC for 60±2 minutes. Take each tube in turn directly from the incubator, and invert it through about 180º in one smooth motion. If a firm gel has formed that remains in place upon inversion, it means the sample contains endotoxin. None extra endotoxin-free tube is needed when do endotoxin detection with our Gel Clot Lyophilized Amebocyte Lysate (TAL) Single Test in Ampoule.
