Case Studies

Trans CHO Kit Pro supports high-efficiency expression of antigens and antibodies. Transfection of CHO-K1 cells was performed at a density of 6 × 10⁶ cells/mL. Experimental results demonstrating the performance of Trans CHO Kit Pro are shown below.

Trans CHO Kit Pro demonstrated significantly higher transfection efficiency than the PEI transfection reagent (40 kDa).

Protein Yield

When applied to CHO-K1 cells, Trans CHO Kit Pro showed significantly higher yields than that of competitor's media. The yield of Molecule 1 reached 1.4 g/L on day 6.

For the same protein molecule and expression time, Trans CHO Kit Pro achieved twice the protein yield comparing to electroporation method.

Transient transfection with Trans CHO Kit Pro consistently showed significantly higher protein yield than both competitor's media (control) and electroporation protocols across different projects. Notably, in Project D, the protein yield reached 2 g/L on day 5.
