上海工搪化工设备有限公司（原上海工业搪瓷厂）是专业生产搪玻璃设备的企业，是全国最早生产搪玻璃设备的企业之一，至今已有六十多年历史。本公司是中国化工装备协会理事，搪玻璃专业委员会副主任、中国搪瓷协会工业搪瓷分会副主任、中国防腐蚀协会理事单位。本公司还参加了中国农药协会，是化工装备专业委员会理事单位。

上海工搪化工设备有限公司具有压力容器设计许可证，压力容器制造许可证，2004年通过了ISO9001:2008质量认证,  企业内部建立了严格的质量保证体系，由于SGT的制造基地位于江苏省宜兴市，并接受江苏省质量技术监督部门驻厂监检。

为实现高效管理，减少公司运作成本，目前上海工搪化工设备有限公司采用集中式的“扁平化”管理模式，以符合目前采购、生产在宜兴，设计、研发和销售在上海总部的运营形态。

工厂位于宜兴芳桥镇，距离上海180公里，土地面积120亩，一期建筑面积22000平方米，国内全行业单一生产厂房，并参照国外生产经验，合理的布局，使所有产品在单一厂房内生产。

公司还聘请了德国技术团队，引进国外的先进技术，进一步提高企业的内部管理。

本公司主要生产50L~25000L开式搪玻璃反应罐、600L~50000L闭式搪玻璃反应罐，贮罐、蒸发器、蒸馏罐、冷凝器、换热器及塔节等。并可配置阀门、管道、快速测温器及各种搅拌器、单端面和双端面机械密封。设计压力从0.25Mpa到1.58Mpa，可以为用户设计并制造二类压力容器(压力<10Mpa)及搪玻璃非标准型产品。本公司研制的“耐酸耐碱低温烧结搪瓷”曾获得过国家科委发明三等奖、本公司开发的“搪玻璃片式冷凝器”曾获得过上海市优秀新产品二等奖、1000L搪玻璃反应罐获得轻工业部优质产品奖、“新型搪玻璃面釉”获得过上海市科技进步三等奖、轻工业部科技进步三等奖、“大容量搪玻璃反应罐”获得过上海市优秀新产品三等奖等。公司新开发的优质耐酸瓷釉，运用冷喷技术，越来越受到用户的欢迎，同时正在开发优质耐碱瓷釉和耐高温瓷釉。

本公司产品广泛应用于石油、化工、医药、农药、染料、合成纤维、合成橡胶、稀土金属、塑料、食品和精细化工等行业，除内销全国各省市(包括台湾)外，还出口日本、印度、泰国、以色列、俄罗斯等国家和地区，得到众多客户的好评。

SGT Glass-Lined Equipment Co., Ltd （predecessor is Shanghai Industrial Glass-Lined Factory） is a professional and one of the earliest enterprises of manufacturing glass lined equipment, so far, more than sixty years of history. The SGT Company is the executive directors of Chinese Chemical Industry Equipment Society, the deputy director unit of Porcelain Glass Specialized Committee, associate director of China porcelain Association Industrial enamel branch, council members of China Corrosion Protection Association. Besides, SGT company also join in China Pesticide Association, is the vice council members of Chemical equipment Specialized Committee.

SGT has the Design License of Pressure Vessels and Manufacture License of pressure vessels. In 2004, SGT passed the ISO9001:2008 quality certification, a strict quality assurance system is established in the enterprise and accept the factory inspection carried by Jiangsu Province Quality and Technical Supervision Department as SGT manufacturing base is located in Yixing city of the province.

In order to achieve efficient management, reduce operating costs of the company, nowadays SGT is using centralized "flat" management mode to accord with the operation form of the purchase Dept. and the manufacture Dept. in Yixing manufacturing, but the design Dept., the R&D Dept. and the sales Dept. in Shanghai headquarter.

The work shop Located in Yixing Fang Qiao Town, 180 kilometers away from Shanghai. The land area is 120 mu, and the first construction area is 22000 m³. The largest single production plant in the whole industry, And refer to foreign production experience, reasonable layout, so that all the products in a single plant production.

SGT also hired a German technical team to learn advanced technology in foreign countries and further improve the internal management of enterprises.

Our main products is 50L~25000L AE glass-lined reactors, 600L~50000L CE glass-lined reactor, storage tanks, evaporators, distillers, condensers , heat exchangers, tower sections, etc. We also configure valves, piping, thermometers with quick response temperature tip and various agitators, single or double mechanical seals. Design pressure from 0.25MPa to 1.58mpa, we can design and manufacture second category of pressure vessels (pressure < 10Mpa) and non-standard GL product. The “Low temperature sintering of acid and alkali resistant enamel” that our company researched and manufactured had won the third-prize of The State Science and Technology Commission, the “GL chip condenser” that our company developed had won the second-prize of Shanghai science and Technology Progress Award, the 1000L GL reactor had won the quality products Award of the Ministry of light industry, the “new GL cover coat” had won the third-class of science and Technology Progress Award of Shanghai Municipality and the Ministry of Light Inductry, “Large capacity GL reactor” had won the third-prize of Shanghai outstanding new product award, etc.. Our company developed a new acid resisting enamel with high quality and using cold spray technology, that is become more and more popular with users. In the same time, we are developing high quality alkali resistant enamel and high temperature resistant enamel.

The company's products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticides, dyes, synthetic fibers, synthetic rubber, rare earth metals, plastics, food and fine chemicals and other industries.
