2002年---成立“上海辛诺净化科技有限公司”。开始涉足国内净化工程安装领域。
2005年---辛诺净化在上海松江区成立工厂。给客户提供从设计→生产→安装的“成套项目工程”。
2008年---开始外贸业务，产品主要销往印度，越南，尼日利亚，埃及等市场。
2009年---开始在海外市场进行安装，并在埃及，突尼斯，巴基斯坦等市场完成了数个项目，并得到客户的一致好评。 2011年---继续开拓海外市场如秘鲁，南非等，提供工程解决方案。
2016年---成立“联合珐玛（昆山）洁净系统有限公司”。
