酒泉亚佳化学有限公司成立于2018年9月20日，，由连云港市金阳化工有限公司（成立于2004年）牵头投资设立的医药、农药中间体科技型生产企业。公司占地面积98800㎡，总投资3.8亿元。2019年3月开工建设，同年12月一期工程建成投产，并与2021年初完成了一期工程的安全三同时、环保三同时等所有手续的全部验收，取得安全生产许可证，并通过了ISO质量管理体系、环境保护体系14001的认定和验收。2021年年底二期、三期项目也全部建成。2022年取得甘肃省高新技术企业认定，进入酒泉市民营企业30强，荣获玉门市十佳诚信企业。现已建成2600㎡的标准化生产车间六个、2600㎡的甲、乙类仓库10个，安装了各种类型的反应釜400余套及各种配套设施，配有国内先进大型废盐裂解处理装置一套，三废处理站一座，安装了各类尾气吸收装置和全自动化系统。
