Function功能

Dry into powder from the solution or liquid. 把溶液或者液体干燥为粉体

Theory原理

Heated and purified air flows into the column through exhaust and suction fan, use one set of fast rotating spray nozzle to atomize the solution or liquid which sent by pump into very small drop, the drop will combine with heated air and moisture evaporated to get drying purpose. The original solid ingredient will be collected by collector. 

加热净化的空气经罐体出口和引风机进入罐体，利用一套快速旋转喷雾喷嘴雾化泵入的溶液或液体为微小滴状，结合热空气和水分蒸发以达到干燥的目的。固体成分由回收器收集。

Application应用

Herbal medicine, Herbal flavored powder, Milk powder, Herbal raw materials. 草药，草药味粉体，奶粉，草药原材料。

Solution is approximately 85-90 percent water and 15-10 percent solids.

溶液大约含85-90%水，15-10%固体。
