纯蒸汽发生器

整个纯蒸汽发生器包括两个部分：热交换器和蒸发器。给水直接进入蒸发柱（净化柱），工业蒸汽进入热交换器的壳程。工业蒸汽把进水加热到蒸发温度，这样在两个柱之间产生了一个循环系统。在蒸发器里面产生蒸汽，蒸汽低速率上升，同时以净化柱的高度可以去除其他不纯的杂质以达到净化的目的。蒸发器安装有压力传感器，可控制工业蒸汽进入热交换器，以恒压的状态产生纯蒸汽。同时蒸发器内安装有液位变送器，可控制进水的流量。

纯蒸汽发生器设备特点：

（1）双壳无缝管卫生洁净型交换器。

（2）结构材质：所有与原料水，纯蒸汽及注射用水接触的部位均为316L材质，柱体和交换器工作表面经过标准程序的酸洗钝化处理。

（3）采用制药级聚四氟乙烯（Toflon）材质的垫圈。

（4）所有部件都安装在坚固的碳钢支架上，并且能方便的拆卸与组装。

（5）矿棉保温，表面覆盖AISI304不锈钢缎面抛光保护层。

（6）结构设计：卫生结构和连接无死角，管路斜度利于最低排放，系统带有原水泵，使操作稳定，结构紧凑，节省成本。

（7）双管板设计：外置预热器、蒸发器均为双管板设计，符合cGMP的要求，有效消除低卫生级别介质污染系统的可能性。(根据客户要求采用双管板或单管板)

（8）原材料选用：与纯蒸汽、纯蒸汽冷凝水接触部分及管道使用SS316L，其余部分使用SS304。

（9）密封结构合理：设备绝大部分采用法兰连接，密封垫使用PTFE，整机密封，防止泄露。

（10）电化学抛光：表面光洁度高；提高不锈钢的抗腐蚀性；可对机械抛光设备无法处理的位置进行抛光处理。

（11）节约能源：由于采用薄壁换热管和先进的料水分布器，提高了热交换率。

（12）使用寿命长：由于采用大空间，低速分离，避免了蒸汽磨擦腐蚀。使机器使用寿命大大延长。

（13）内外氩气保护全自动焊接：焊接管路和设备筒体，保证焊接质量。

（14）绝热层：复合硅酸盐针丝毯，外包层采用SS304拉丝板。

（15）控制系统：控制方式有多种供用户选择：手动、PLC+仪表全自动、PLC+触摸屏等。其中PLC+仪表全自动可以仪表在线显示温度、电导、流量、压力等，PLC+触摸屏可以通过触摸屏在线观察参数变化情况（温度、电导、流量、压力等），随时了解设备生产状态。并可以根据客户要求配有纸或无纸记录仪。
