Fenbendazole 5% + Rafoxanide 5% Oral Suspension

Composition:

Each 1 ml contains:

Fenbendazole   50mg

Rafoxanide      50mg

Description:

It is a broad spectrum anthelmitic.

It inhibits mitochondria phosphorylation which affects energy generation in worms.

Safety margin is wide and can be used at therapeutic dosage in cattle and sheep of all ages under commonly encountered conditions without hazards.

Indications:

For treatment of benzimidazole susceptible mature and immature stages of nematodes and cestodes of gastrointestinal and respiratory tract of cattle and sheep.

It is effective against immature and mature flukes and invading fly maggots.

It is effective against Haemonchous sp, Oestertagia sp, Trichostronglyus sp, Cooperia sp, Nematodirus sp, Bunostomum sp, trichuaris sp, strongloides sp, iesophagostorum sp, dictyocaulus sp, moneizia sp, and fasciola species.

Target animals:

Cattle and sheep.

Dosage and administration:

The recommended therapeutic dose is 7.5mg / kilogramme body weight for sheep and 11-25 mg/kilogramme body weight for cattle.

Withdrawal period:

Meat: 21 days

Milk: 5 days

Storage:

Storage in a cool place away from direct sun light.

Presentation:

500ml and one litre plastic containers.
