The company investment exceeds 30 million CNY,covering more than 8,000 m 2 and building area more than 7,000 m 2 .
It has a modern manufacturing center (DMG CTX 1250 TC),specializing in manufacturing various types of softgel
production lines, gummy production lines and series of packaging production lines. The manufacturing center has a number of large precision machining centers, especially the world's leading turning and milling complex machining centers. It can manufacture complex and ultra-high precision parts to ensure product quality and accuracy.

The company has the unique Technical Service Model by establishing the Full-function Experimental and Production
Base”JOANT BIO-TECH” in Beijing Huairou Science City on the RD of Varieties Softgel and Production Technology Comprehensively.It provides full technical support of process and formulation for users, the most direct suggestions for equipment improvement for HOSHEEN and the experimental verification of technical improvement to ensure the Continuous Improvement of HOSHEEN Equipment Technology and maintain Leadership in Equipment Performance. It assume the functions of HOSHEEN Users’ Practice Base and provide production training and guidance for users.
 

COMPANY HISTORY
◼ 1993: The founder of the company began to engage in the RD of softgel production equipment.
◼  1998: Determined”Softgel Technology” to focus on and started Parallel Research on Equipment and 
Technology Combination.
◼ 2000：Originally developed full new-style HSR- 250 Model Softgel Machine
◼ 2001：The world's First Lab Model HSR-100 Softgel machine born
◼ 2002：Trade mark “HOSHEEN” officially launched
◼ 2004：In May: The Experimental and Demonstration Base”JOANT BIO-TECH”founded
In Dec: The 2nd Generation Platform created and HSR-300 Model Softgel machine
developed based on it
◼ 2008：HOSHEEN won the Title of "Innovative Enterprise"
◼ 2009：HSR Series Softgel Machine has been identified as “Independent Innovative Products of
Beijing”. HSR Series Softgel Machine was selected into China Hi-tech Product Guidance
Catalogue 2009
◼ 2011：Full Servo Drive C Version Softgel Machine developed
◼ 2012：Teaching&RD Model HSR-60 Softgel Machine developed
◼ 2014：Pneumatic Explosion-proof Softgel Washing Machine developed
◼ 2015：The Second Generation Gummy Production Line developed
◼ 2017：Successful complete set of automatic packaging line and put into use
◼ 2018：The 3rd Generation Platform created and Modularized H Version Softgel Machine
◼ 2019：Turn-key Project of Cuba's First Softgel Factory contracted by HOSHEEN which including
Softgel workshop design&construction, Matching&debugging of complete production
line&laboratory equipment and overall production process guidance, passed the official
acceptance of Cuba.The project has been highly recognized by Cuban Government and
Chinese Embassy in Cuba and enhance the friendship between China and Cuba.
