  多效蒸馏水机的流程如下:原料水在一效预热器被工业蒸汽加热,进入以后各效预热器被二次蒸汽继续加热;到冷凝器被二次蒸汽、蒸馏水加热;然后在蒸发器顶部经分水装置,均匀地分布进入蒸发列管,在蒸发列管内形成薄膜状的水流;这些水流因为薄所以很快被蒸发,产生二次蒸汽;未被蒸发的原料水被输送到下一效,作为次效蒸发器的原料水,以后各效与此类似,未被蒸发的进入下一效,直到后一效仍未被蒸发的,将作为凝结水排放;被蒸发的原料水,现在是二次蒸汽,继续在蒸发器中盘旋上升,经中上部特殊分离装置处,进入纯蒸汽管路,作为次效的热源;二次蒸汽在次效被吸收热量后凝结成蒸馏水;各效过程与此相似,各效的蒸馏水和末效的二次蒸汽被冷凝器收集,并经过与冷却水、原料水换热,冷却成为蒸馏水;经过电导率的在线检测,合格的蒸馏水作为注射用水输出,不合格的蒸馏水将被排放。

The evaporated raw water, now the secondary steam, continues to spiral up in the evaporator, through the middle and upper special separation device, into the pure steam pipeline, as a secondary heat source; The secondary steam condenses into distilled water after the secondary heat is absorbed. Each effect process is similar, each effect of distilled water and final effect of secondary steam is collected by the condenser, and after heat exchange with cooling water and raw water, cooling into distilled water. After online measurement of electrical conductivity, qualified distilled water is output as injection water, and unqualified distilled water will be discharged.

The secondary steam transformed by the raw water is clean steam, which passes through three separations. After entering the evaporator, it flows down the column tube and evaporates at the same time, which is the secondary separation. The evaporated raw water (secondary steam) returns 180 degrees at the lower end of the evaporator. Under the action of gravity, the impurities are separated to the lower part, which is the second separation. The evaporated raw water, the secondary steam, continues to spiral up in the evaporator to the middle and upper special separation device for the third separation. The cooling water only passes through the condenser to cool the distilled water and the final steam produced by each effect. The industrial steam heats the raw water in the efficient evaporator and preheater. The heat is absorbed and the condensed water is discharged out of the machine. In the condenser, there is a part of the gas that cannot condense into water, called non-condensable gas, which will be removed by the discharge device installed above the condenser. Depending on the type of evaporator, the non-condensable gas discharge device may be provided on each type of evaporator.
