带有VOCs的废气进入RTO设备,在蓄热室内,蜂窝陶瓷体将废气预热至760℃以上,然后由燃烧器烧嘴控制氧化室**温度不低于800℃,VOC废气在氧化室内停留0.5-1s,并在高温环境下被氧化成二氧化碳(CO2)和水(H2O),氧化过程中释放热量,使废气温度进一步升高,然后经过蓄热室,陶瓷体吸收高温气体热量,以备下一个循环预热废气之用,降温后的烟气从烟卤排至大气。
每个蓄热室依次经过蓄热-放热-吹扫的过程,循环往复,连续工作。由于第三个室体的存在,使气流的切换更为平稳,蓄热室“放热”后,引入已处理的洁净排气的一部分将VOCs置换到鼓风机前,对该蓄热室进行吹扫,待清扫完成后进入“蓄热“程序,消除了两室体RTO的直排状态,使净化效率达到99.5%以上。
Waste gas containing VOC enters into RTO equipment; in the heat accumulation room, the honeycomb porcelain body pre-heats up waste gas until above 760℃; then burner controls the oxidation at a minimum temperature of not less than 800℃; VOC waste gas stays in the oxidation room for 0.5—1s; under the high temperature, it is oxidized into carbon dioxide and ** (H2O); in the oxidation, heat is released so that waste gas temperature is further increased; then it passes through the heat accumulation room; the porcelain body absorbs the heat of high-temperature gas for pre-heating of waste gas in the subsequent circulation; the cooled smoke is exhausted into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Each heat accumulation room undergoes the heat accumulation—heat release—blowing process in sequence and realizes continuous circulation. Given the existence of 3rd chamber, the transfer of air flow becomes more stable. Upon “heat release” in the heat accumulation room, a part of treated clean exhaust air is introduced to replace VOC in front of the blower and blow up the heat accumulation room; upon cleaning, “heat accumulation” procedure is started up; the direct exhaust status of RTO in two (2) chambers is eliminated and purification efficiency is above 99.5%.
三室RTO净化效率可达到99.5%以上;
当废气浓度高于3g/Nm3时,考虑到可能要执行的新的标准,在加强密封性、提高系统耐温设计后,净化效率可达到99.8%;
采用抗二氧化硅结垢性能的陶瓷蓄热体后,可减少涂装行业有机硅的影响;
