工作原理 WORKING PRINCIPLE :

阶梯送瓶装置将瓶子源源不断地输送到理瓶筒，理瓶筒内的转盘在传动机构的驱动下逆时针转动，筒内的瓶子在离心力的作用下落入转盘槽，转盘槽内的瓶子经转动的转盘带动，通过出瓶板和出瓶瓶距装置进入理瓶装置，瓶子在理瓶装置一对同步轮夹持下拉开瓶距，在向扶瓶装置传送的过程中，瓶底在前面的瓶子到达扶瓶装置就被自动扶正（瓶口向上），瓶口在前面的瓶子经钩瓶杆拨动和压瓶装置挡压，瓶子转成瓶底在前，到达扶瓶装置也被自动扶正。
