     本机器为气动式自动灌装封口机，适用于塑料盒、塑料杯自动灌装封口。用于八宝粥、饮料、酸奶、果冻、布丁、豆奶、纯净水、魔芋等包装。全自动操作，本机采用落杯，可下米粒、大枣、莲子，单杯两次灌装液体，两次封口，一次剪切，自动打码，产品退出为全自动化。带有光电自动跟踪，检测封口膜的色标，自动修正封口膜图案的位置。该机采用钢铁与不锈钢制造，结构简单，操作容易。可根据客户的需求量身定做个性化设备。

 从送杯-压杯-充填-封口-纠编（光电跟踪、图案校正）-剪切-废膜回收-脱杯均为全自动。该机全新设计，设备传动部位及电器件均安装在设备上部，操作方便、性能稳定、气量准确、维修简单。其电器部分、气动部件均采用日本、德国等国际名牌产品，可根据用户需要，安装打码机。

1、加装自动落杯装置、节省人工；

2、打码机子粒改为挂壁式，防止螺丝松开后掉入机器内，影响使用；

3、热封导杆已加粗、封口弹簧已加大、保证封口更稳定
