绒促性素（HCG,Chorionic Gonadotrophin）

绒促性素（HCG）自将康孕妇尿中提取、精制而成的一种天然促性腺激素，具有类似黄体生成素的功能。对女性可促进卵泡的成熟及排卵，并维持黄体的功能。对男性，能剌激睾丸间质细胞的发育，增加雄激素分泌，促使睾丸下降和男性第二性征发育。与尿促性素合用，可模拟生理性的促黄体生成素高峰，而促发排卵。临床上绒促性素至今仍是**月经失调、无排卵性不孕症、先兆流产和习惯性活产、隐睾症、男性性功能低下等的**药物。此外，它还广泛应用于性保健，计划生育事业以及渔业和畜牧业的生产。
