中文全称:2-正丙基-4-甲基-6-(1'-甲基苯并咪唑-2-基)苯并咪唑,英文全称:2-n-Propyl-4-methyl-6-(1-methylbenzimidazole-2-yl)benzimidazole,CAS No. 152628-02-9,合成降压药替米沙坦(CAS No. 144701-48-4)的关键中间体。

作用

由单咪唑酸(7-甲基-2-丙基-3H-苯并咪唑-5-羧酸,CAS No.152628-03-0)与在多聚磷酸作用下与N-甲基邻苯二胺盐酸盐(CAS No.25148-68-9)环合制备。双咪唑与4’ -溴甲基-联苯基-2-羧酸酯进行亲核取代反应制备替米沙坦。
