AQS型蒸汽式安瓿（口服液）检漏灭菌柜

该系列设备严格按照GMP标准设计制作，主要用于制药行业对小容量安瓿、西林瓶、管制瓶等针剂、口服液产品进行高压蒸汽灭菌操作和冷却、检漏清洗处理。

该系列设备采用微机触摸屏人机界面操作设定系统，PLC全程检测控制。F₀值与温度时间双重测控确保灭菌效果，灭菌报表由打印机输出以存档备案。

该系列设备采用预真空的方式以排除柜内残存冷空气对温度的影响，有效保证了灭菌温度均匀性；真空与色水相结合的检漏方式，保证了100%的废品检出率；同时双扉前后隔离互锁的门结构，有利于制药企业实现不同净化区域的隔离。
